ATP Change Network

The ATP Change Network is responsible for supporting you and your colleagues throughout the transition to Workday. Made of newly formed campus Readiness Teams and existing campus Governance Groups, the Change Network provides the information faculty and staff need to prepare for the launch of Workday in July 2024.

The Change Network members participate in monthly meetings and communicate information to their units related to:

  • ATP updates
  • Details about changing business processes
  • End-user training

ATP Change Network members will also attend and communicate about Readiness Workshops, an important readiness activity open to all UW System faculty and staff. Learn about the Readiness Workshops and how you can get involved.

Readiness Workshops

Beginning in the Configure & Prototype Stage, the Readiness Workshops will provide a preview of how specific business processes have been designed in Workday, with a different topic highlighted each month. The workshops are your best opportunity to preview Workday prior to the start of training in 2024.

Participation in the Readiness Workshops is open to all UW System employees. All Readiness Workshops will also be recorded, and you will be notified as recordings become available.
